ODAK Inc. is committed to being the leader in the industry of water filtration and to show our dedication we developed and constructed the Emergency Response Mobile Filtration Utility Vehicle. The goal of the Mobile Filtration Unit is to be able to treat any source water and make it suitable for consumption. The potential applications would be related to providing high quality potable water in the event of an emergency, such as a flood, earthquake or power outage. Our systems are custom built to assure they contain the necessary equipment to provide for flow measurement, chemical feed systems, carbon filtration, water conditioning, water softening, water filtration and sub-micron filtration.

Odak’s Emergency Response Mobile Filtration Utility Vehicle is specifically designed for use in an emergency where there is a possibility of a threat to the potable water supply in multiple locations. The Mobile Filtration Utility Vehicle is totally self-sufficient and combines several types of ultra adsorption systems as well as sub-micronic manifolds.

To assure high quality, safe, drinking water, all of Odak’s emergency water units come outfitted with state of the art monitoring systems and Hach Company's H2O testing equipment. Also included in each unit is a portable, five (5) unit, sub-micron system that can be carried inside its heavy duty case and located anywhere there is a source water and produce ultra-high quality water on demand.

Our unit is built to your specifications and are complete with a generating system, overhead lighting, heating, and adequate storage. Like our full size trailers, the Mobile Filtration Utility vehicle can also be contracted out and we can design and build these units to meet your specific application.

The core of our water treatment system is the Odak K-500 Submicron Solid carbon block unit. The secret of the solid carbon block filter is its exclusive, compressed, activated carbon, triple filter cartridge, three filters in one unit. The first filter provides for pre-filtration to remove suspended particles, the second is a sub-micron filter for micro-organisms removal, and finally the high-tech compressed carbon matrix. The ODAK K500 Drinking Water Filters effectively reduce substances by their standards including particulate matter, chlorine, certain pesticides, cysts (including cryptosporidium and giardia), lead, trihalomethanes (THM’s), turbidity, and VOC’s (41 chemicals and pesticides) but do not remove healthy trace minerals.

The ODAK500 Drinking Water Filtration System has been accepted for use aboard interstate carriers and is registered with the “International Association of Plumbers and Mechanical Officials." This water filter was tested by Independent Laboratories and is currently approved by Underwriters Laboratories. Our solid carbon block filter was subjected to over 16 months of rigorous testing. From the results of the testing, it was determined that our water filter can treat 750 gallons while removing contaminants as small as 1/2 (0.5) of a micron. The stainless steel housing has a 25 year warranty. Our water treatment units are exclusively designed to meet all of the U.S. Governments Interim Drinking Water Standards, and product construction is made entirely of F.D.A. approved material. All laboratory results are made available on demand.
