The On-Board Laboratory provides for real time monitoring of raw water and finished water quality using state-of-the-industry monitoring equipment and laboratory testing equipment provided by Hach Company and others. The On-Board Laboratory has the capability to monitor and evaluate the basic water quality of the pre-treated and post-treated water to determine the appropriate treatment solution, chemical feed pump settings, and optimal pumping rates. In addition, the laboratory can be used for demonstrations and to conduct pilot scale evaluations of the treatment systems.
