Note: We are all aware of the events of 9-11. These units have been in production years before the World Trade Center was attacked by terrorists. These units have since been designed with threats to our water supplies in mind.

ODAK Corporation is committed to being the leader in the industry of water filtration and to show our dedication we developed and constructed the Emergency Response Mobile Filtration/Laboratory Unit and the Emergency Response Mobile Filtration Utility Trailer *Patent Pending 60-418,911 (pictured below). The goal of the Mobile Filtration Units is to be able to treat any source water and make it suitable for consumption. The potential applications would be related to providing high quality potable water in the event of an emergency, such as a flood or power outage. These units can also be used for industrial and manufacturing applications to prepare large volumes of potable or pre-treated water for boilers and manufacturing. The Mobile Filtration/Lab Unit *Patent Pending 60-418,911 provides the necessary equipment to provide for flow measurement, chemical feed systems, carbon filtration, water conditioning, water softening, filtration and sub-micron filtration.

Emergency Response Mobile Filtration/Laboratory Unit

The Mobile Filtration/Lab Unit *Patent Pending 60-418,911 has the capability of producing large quantities of high quality filtered water and houses the following treatment systems: carbon block filtration, granular activated carbon, mixed media filters for chlorine and lead removal, and ion exchange systems. Our demonstration unit can produce extremely high quality water at a rate of over 1200 gallons per hour. The Mobile Filtration/Lab Unit *Patent Pending 60-418,911 is also serviced by a state-of-the-art satellite communication system and the system can operate without an external power source.

In addition to the onboard treatment systems, the Mobile Filtration/Lab Unit *Patent Pending 60-418,911 has a complete On-Board Laboratory for water quality characterization and monitoring. The On-Board Laboratory provides for real time monitoring of raw water and finished water quality using state-of-the-industry monitoring equipment and laboratory testing equipment provided by Hach Company and others. The On-Board Laboratory has the capability to monitor and evaluate the basic water quality of the pre-treated and post-treated water to determine the appropriate treatment solution, chemical feed pump settings, and optimal pumping rates. In addition, the laboratory can be used for demonstrations and to conduct pilot scale evaluations of the treatment systems.

ODAK Corporation is proud to announce the arrival of its newest addition. The Emergency Response Mobile Filtration Utility Trailer (pictured right) *Patent Pending 60-418,911 is designed for use in an emergency where there is a possibility of a threat to the potable water supply. The Mobile Filtration Utility Trailer *Patent Pending 60-418,911 is totally self-sufficient and combines several types of ultra adsorption systems as well as sub-micronic manifolds. Another major part of the unit are the state of the art monitoring systems and Hach Company's H2O testing equipment, which assure high quality, safe, drinking water. Also included is a portable, five (5) unit, sub-micron system that can be carried inside its heavy duty case and located anywhere there is a source water and produce ultra-high quality water on demand. The unit is complete with a generating system, overhead lighting, heating, and adequate storage. Like our full size trailer, the Mobile Filtration Utility Trailer *Patent Pending 60-418,911 can also be contracted out and we can design and build these units to meet your specific application.
