The ODAK500 works by forcing the water through the pores of a densely compacted carbon block inside the stainless steel housing (pictured left). The combination of mechanical filtration, electro-kinetic adsorption, and other physical/chemical adsorption, facilitates the removal of a wide variety of contaminants. The secret of the solid carbon block filter is its exclusive, compressed, activated carbon, triple filter cartridge, three filters in one unit. The first filter provides for pre-filtration to remove suspended particles, the second is a sub-micron filter for micro-organisms removal, and finally the high-tech compressed carbon matrix. The ODAK500 Drinking Water Filters effectively reduces substances by their standards including particulate matter, chlorine, certain pesticides, cysts (including cryptosporidium and giardia), lead, trihalomethanes (THM’s), turbidity, and VOC’s (41 chemicals and pesticides). but do not remove healthy trace minerals.

The ODAK500 Drinking Water Filtration System has been accepted for use aboard interstate carriers and is registered with the “International Association of Plumbers and Mechanical Officials." This water filter was tested by Independent Laboratories and is currently approved by Underwriters Laboratories. Our solid carbon block filter was subjected to over 16 months of rigorous testing. From the results of the testing, it was determined that our water filter can treat 750 gallons while removing contaminants as small as 1/2 (0.5) of a micron. The stainless steel housing has a 25 year warranty. Our Model # Rio-C Complete Drinking Water System (pictured $889.00) is the newest addition to our ever-growing inventory. It comes in two (2) colors, white as pictured right and gray on black. At home or in the office, it's very convenient for you to draw a glass of sparkling, cold, water any time you wish. The Rio-C Water Cooler utilizes a Direct Chill Coil (DCC). This feature chills without an open storage tank providing better sanitation.

Not only can you have great tasting, cold water but you can also enjoy a cup of tea in the morning and a cup of soup at noon. This model uses a unique stainless steel hot tank with a capacity of 1.5 liters. This stainless steel tank keeps the water at its hottest and provides you with unusually fast temperature recovery.
